Which themes do you use and why?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of individual themes in terms of SEO possibilities and rankings and also in terms of speed, usability and customizability?

Also, are certain themes better suited for specific niches (e.g. for car, real estate, service sites...)?

I am currently comparing the Delta, Epsilon and Zeta themes and am looking forward to an interesting exchange of opinions.
