It is pleasure for me to announce that today we've finished locations v3 for Osclass. These will be available in Osclass 4.5.0 and here are some interesting facts about v3 (comparing to v2).

Locations v3 contains 252 countries, 3871 regions and 474854 cities in total.
Locations v2 contains 248 countries, 4873 regions and 143887 cities in total.

You may notice we have 3 times more cities than before.

Locations v3 dataset has almost 2GB

There are some interesting comparisons based on countries (v3 vs v2) in cities count.
United states: 40570 vs 19817
Slovakia: 3111 vs 233
Mexico: 90795 vs 9225

Keep in mind, the best way to install new locations is completely remove old one

For people that upgraded from 3.9 what happens? I have a large ammount of ads and i can't remove locations (countries) and install new ones.

Are those old country installations updated? And if so, how?
