red button "publish ad" from homepage not appearing on smartphones

Hi,

I just noticed that the red button (originaly) "publish your ad" at the top right doesn't appear on smart phones.

How to correct that?

Different buttons and elements are not shown on mobile and different elements are not shown on desktop.
