My installation of OsClass is not sending alert emails to users who click “subscribe to this survey.” The rest is all working: email and native cron on Linux. For example, I always get emails about listings that are about to expire.

If i go into my account, alerts, i can see it shows the listings found according to saved search criteria. But users aren't getting any email notifications about it.

At first, when I installed osclass, it worked two or three times. But now it's not working.

I've searched your forum and haven't found anything.

Please, if you can help me with this I would appreciate it.

Glad to hear that, because as noticed in other threads, I was testing this few times and always worked
