Hi, I am trying to enter the API key from my profile page in site settings but always I get the response :API key validation failed, response from server is empty. Your API key is: "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx", make sure it is correct.
Any tip, please

It coukd be connection issue as well if response from server is empty

So, I go in my account, I generate a new key or use the existing one, copy and paste it in my application settings, save and validate. I doesn't work. I did a new installation(same domain), still didn't work.

I have the site on a freebsd jail and behind a reverse proxy and I only allow ports 443 and 80. Does this com with your server for API key check use some special protocol or port?
