I'm new here and need help. I'm not to technical but trying to learn.

I have Fino theme and running OSCLASS v8.0.2 I see there is an
update.

How do I backup my current version? What changes can I expect from
the update? If I don't like the changes, can I use the backup I made to go
back to the earlier version?

If something goes wrong, you can rever.
Most of hosting companies does automatic backup you might use
