Do anybody knows why on my homepage are shown only 3 bestsellers while in my settings are set 20?

If I set to, then the Best Sellers number moves from 3 to 2 shown on homepage. But If I set 20, there is only 3 shown and not more.

Any idea please? Did anybody else had this issue?

Probably other sellers those not have profile picture uploaded.
