SOLVED: error forgot password

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with Osclass 8.2.1 regarding password recovery by a user who forgot it.
I would like to point out that sending emails works correctly.
For example, if I contact a seller, he receives an email.
A user who registers ok sends emails. etc..
Instead, with password recovery nothing, the email never arrives.
I even get a red line with a random text after sending an email.

Problem could be with receiving mail client.
Email contains link, if your domain does not have enough trust and you don't have dmarc and similar stuff configured, it may be prefiltered.

Thanks for the reply.
I managed to solve the problem. It was all due to a Plugin.
GDPR free plugin.
First I tried to delete all the Plagins. Luckily I found the offending one.
Now I write Solved.
