Languages and countries

Does anyone have .sql files with all languages and countries to import in the database? So people can select their spoken languages and their country in a form.

I don't need all countries with all their regions and all their cities.

I need 1 list with all countries so they can be used as values for a Nationality-attribute. And 1 list with all languages so they can be used as values for a Languages-attribute.

Just asking if someone already has it because it's much work to list all countries and all languages.

You already moved from something that is general to something that is specific for your needs, so I do not think anyone would have it.
Also javing site for "all the countries and languages of the world" sounds like bad step.
