when i visit ban rules its is empty how to unban him

You cannot unban yourself, if you use some of banned IPs or mails 

i do not use my user send me and i check it out


but

when i ask him to send me details let me creat your account he send me details and i login then there is no error


I don't know it is my hosting or osclass

it show any kind of problem some time use registerration  some time uploading listing
