Can't insert basic configuration. Error number: 1452

System Information:

OSClass Version: 8.1.1
PHP: 8.0
MySQL: 8

While try to install in localhost i get this error

Can't insert basic configuration. Error number: 1452

There is no other information is given. When I searched web 1452, this is a foreign key constraint failure from the mysql. Any idea how to get pass this? I have tried multiple time.

error doesn't give any information. Is current version tested for installation?

You will probably get same error with any osclass version. Its some kind of strict restriction on foreign key.
