Do you plan to create a theme specifically only for property?
Since osclass is super fast platform, it should very nice to have also a dedicated theme only for property.
For example this wp app is very clean. would be fantastic to create a similar one:

Also another suggestion would be a price comparison & referral script. Its very profitable and people would love that.
An example is this site in Germany:

it makes millions in revenue every month.


Since you are the master in creating fast and best UI scripts, it should be a good investment for you too.
