Title: Categories and Sub Category imports

Hey to All....

Here's the Query...

Let's say one has 5 "sub categories"
Is there a way to copy/import those 5 sub categories to other categories?

Example
10 canadian provinces
essentially 10 categories
I want to copy the 5 sub categories to each of the 10 provinces so that they're the same.
Click a province the 5 sub categories show up
click another province, the same 5 sub categories show up.

Can I copy/import the sub cat to each province or am I going to have to create the same 5 categories 10 times and then move them to each province as a sub cat

Easiest way is to prepare it as sql and then execute on mysql.
