Is it possible to disable the attribute placeholder?

<input type="text" id="atr_9" name="atr_9" placeholder="abc" value="">

The attributes comes with values like abc, + for phone and so on.. I can't see how I can change that in back-office with my value. Can someone help?

Did it so No back-office function for this.
