How can I increase category levels above 4?

There is just somewhere hard limit in javascript (some oc-admin theme file related to category).
Besides that you probably can add much more levels then.

I change in the file oc-admin/themes/omega/categories the maxLevels: 4, from 4 to 5 but it doesn't work.


(It would be helpful to add this feature in the new Osclass version 8.0.3)

Yes that's correct, it should allow nested JS to add more levels.

I would not recommend it, can bring incompatibilities to plugins and other features.
Anyway it shoukd only be limit with nested jquery library

Perhaps we could try some solution because we need to expand the categories to the fifth level as well

Maybe in next update more levels will be enabled.
