Currently City slug is pointing to search results, but i want show home page instead of search results for city only slug.

I want to make this type of url for City.

You can use subdomains based on city

I don't want subdomain for city, any trick to make this type of link like domain. Com/city or domain. Com/city_uniqueid and point to homepage. Because its more good for seo and link authority.

Bullshit, pseudo-seo tips, it still be duplicated content with different canonical url. You are wasting time with that.
It only make sense if it points to search page.
Otherwise it can probably be achieved by htaccess
