Hi, is there any way to make the "condition" field mandatory?

Check theme settings.

In the configuration, the only thing you can do is to show or not the "condition" field, but you cannot set it to mandatory. I'm using Epsilon theme.

You are right, epsilon does not support this.
We might add it in next udpate.
