you have a new message in the Admin panel

Hello! In the Admin panel today, an incoming message with the title “you have a new message” started sounding every few seconds.
I looked through all the pages and couldn’t find where these messages were...
Please help me find it.

It's probably some kind of bug from instant messenger plugin.
