Hi there,

I'm new to OSClass and really like the easy setup but I have lots of issues before I continue.

1. Trying to register a new User tells me I need to authenticate but there is no email.
2. Support says 1 minute waiting time but no one answers the chat.
3. The system hangs a lot and takes ages to post a new advert.
4. Overall I'm getting lots of hanging issues and this is not my side. I have lots of other websites and none that hang like this.

Any advice?

1) Configure mail server
2) That is average time calculated by tawk.to, anyway is not for osclass related issues
