hello sir i contact a developer to install to me omega admin theme v 2.0.0 on osclass v 3.8.0 and repair the functions and errors  tell me it cost 600 $ are that price is normal if it is not normal what is the normal price for this project ?

It is definitely not OK price to install just omega theme and fix some minor issues (until there is some extra work with numerous of custom functions).
