my user send me screenshot that when he try to login he say wrong password when he try to forget its say user not available when he try to another account to forget he say email send not received

You can test such behaviour as well.
Most probably user reslly enter wrong email/pass.
You should also check mail server if working properly, but these mails may get to spam folder.
