Violations are usually because of content (empty), too many adsense on page (full page of banners), ...

i did not upload any sexual data
maybe i have copy ads from an other classified website maybe it is for thet reason

There are many categories those are not allowed. And it's not just about categories. Ie. if guns are forbidden and you have listing with gun promotion, you would also get not approved.
