2 questions :

1) How to make the "description" field of the listing form no more compulsory?
2) How to have the small usual red star mark displayed for the compulsory fields?

1) This will have to be done in osclass core probably
2) Manually editing form and adding those stars here. Currently there is no reliable function for required fields identification.
    Alternatively, it could be done maybe with jQuery as well.
