I’m interested to build a website with the following behavior / functionalities:

• Two categories of users: private individuals and companies / professionals / service providers.
• Private individuals can post free ads requesting various jobs: cleaning or maintenance services, plumbing or heating installation services, interior design, plastering or painting services, central heating or air conditioning repairs etc. Name and contact details (phone / email / address) are hidden - are not visible or are partially masked with *****. Only: State/County and City are visible.
• Companies / professionals, only if they pay a subscription in advance, can respond to a request with a price offer (bid) and can see the contact details. Each contact detail view can cost: a fixed price, a percentage of the biding price or a dynamic price from a range of prices, depending on the category of services requested and the number of requests in that category. The price is deducted from the advance received and an invoice is generated.
• The customer can choose only one offer (bid), respectively one service provider.
• If the customer chooses a supplier, a percentage fee of the bid value is withheld from the subscription, e.g. 1% of the value of the bid. The price is deducted from the advance received and an invoice is generated.
• Each service provider can receive a rating, but only from customers who have selected an offer.
• Other functionalities:
  
  • A service provider can only make one bid per request.
  • The number of bids for each request can be limited (for example, only four bids from four different service providers can be made for each request.
  • Each request has a limited posting time.
  • Each request has an estimated execution date / period - when the client wants the work to be executed.
  • For each service category, a minimum bid price can be set, to avoid offering a ridiculously low price.

Can you suggest some plugins to comply with the above requirements?
