Title: help! Cannot delete a user

A user cannot delete their account from their public profile. Yet it shows him that his account has been successfully deleted.
And I also cannot delete the sound account from the back office. It shows me "no user has been deleted" in back office.
However, the other features work.

Go to your database and remove user manually from t_user table. You should get error what is problem and what foreign key blocks it.
