alot of user facing problem they sending me screenshot when he creat account its say there is no user exist after i say try again it say your are permanently ban when i login as admin i check ban rule and alerts its showing nothing in it

Osclass never tells that user is banned, only that account/mail/ip is not allowed, or?
If you have no ban rules, osclass does nothing.
