host on digital ocean

Can you tell me how to host my osclass website on digital ocean. I have added database and set the configuration file as well but it is showing error which i am attaching as screenshot

Never share credentials like passwords or usernames.
Webpath looks wrong, localhost?
Rel web path is also usually just "/"

So i have to change localhost with db_host value and can you tell me what to change with rel_path
