Logo image with black background

I am trying to upload a logo image with transparent background but it shows with black background on the website.

Try to switch between imagemagick and gd library or use different tool to create png, it used to happen years ago... Not heard about it for some time.
Or upload it manually to location where logo image is (right click, inspect).

My friend, if your hosting doesn't support ImageMagick, then you just need to delete the old logo, upload your logo to the hosting via Ftpmanager, and rename it to logo.png. Then the logo will remain transparent.
