Not quite sure what would be pirpose if you do not get to contact page.

A link to site email. Purpose is if anyone wants to contact your business in meantime(I am keeping it long time in maintenance mode already waiting for the new version - hope it will have full support for translation from backend)

Well you will not get there... whole page is disabled.
You can put email into maintenance somewhere (into translation). Not sure. It's bit of edge case.
