How to Change Location -> Region -> City-> to Display City As Market in A Region

I am looking for a way to implement the Country -> Region-> City-> to display cities as markets in a DropDown format on the front end for customers to search and on the back end for easy listing.

Remove country & region boxes and implement just city box.
There are functions in Osclass core that could help you (in oc-includes/osclass/frm/...)
