For some reason my confure area inside my theme (Alpha) stopped working, and a page loads with the following error.

No se puede acceder a este sitio web
Es posible que la página web /oc-admin/index.php?page=appearance&action=render&file=oc-content/themes/alpha/admin/configure.php esté temporalmente inactiva o que se haya trasladado definitivamente a otra dirección.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I contacted the Alpha Theme support, and I was told to change the version of my PHP, I did and Ive tired several, but it hasnt worked. They did not say anything else, just that that was not a problem of the theme.

I reinstalled the theme, and have also checked both the admin/configure.php and oc-admin/index.php even downloaded the osclass version I have and rewrote the code in them, but there no luck.

I have been in contact with support from my host and they say they have no idea what's going on. They deactivated the https so it would have to be only through Http, but it deactivated the whole site, then they deactivated cloudflare, but didnt work either.

The problem also pops when I try to access the configure section for open maps.

I had another installation from Osclass in and altho this one hasnt been updated neither the theme, nor the  basic osclass it is facing the same issue.

Try to disable cloudflare and check if there is really error on your site.
