How to remove "Other contact" ?

Hi! When submitting an ad there is a field "Other contact". Is it possible to remove it through the administration panel or for this I need to change files, delete unnecessary code?

OK, thanks! It would be nice if instead of this field, the user could leave his confirmed email address publicly available.
