Problem sending the email

Hello I have a problem with the site I can not send emails it makes me an error 405 I have increased the speed of the server. The problem is still there. I don't know why I can't send e-mails, can you please help me?

I actually even do not know what is behind error 405.
Try to use ie gmail account and test or ask for configuration from hosting
