Simply download latest version of osclass, extract files in root and then complete upgrade from backoffice of your site.
Make sure to create backup before upgrade.

Ok problem here looks to be using modern backoffice theme.
Most probably, there should be on upgrade page for switching.
In this case I think most secure way is to upgrade to 4.0 that contained also modern theme, switch it to omega in settings > general and then upgrade to 8.0.
