How do I update oslcass without losing use and Items which of this file in the attachment do I need to choose while doing backup?

This option exports database, you should then download/backup files as well

When I clicked the upgrade button this is the message I saw

For osclass 3.9 and prior, you must download .zip of osclass, extract it to your installation and then simply upgrade in backoffice.

How do I upload the entire folder of oc-include and oc-admin
