Title: I am not allowed dashboard access to ads and registered users

Hello,

I have been using osclass for several months in the subdomain. There were no problems until a few days ago.

More precisely, at this moment you do not see all the ads on the site. Second, I am not allowed dashboard access to ads and registered users.
Every time I get a white window and it says: ... HTTP ERROR 500.  :-\ :-\

I mention that I did not install or uninstall anything.

Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks.

Enable error logs to see errors behind 500

Well you must first enable error logging (you can also enable debug mode in config.php), then you will see details behind error 500

I talked to the hosting and they told me that it is a programming problem, and they do not offer this service.

They do not offer support, how to enable error logging on their own hosting?
That is fancy hosting company.

Time to change it most probably.
Until you have logs, you cannot fix errors.
