Its possible to use 2 different domains?

If the user switch on the german language pack he see the german ads with exampledomain.de
and if he click on the english language pack, he see the english ads with exampledomain.us?

is that possible?

You need 2 installations and change languge links to different domains.
You might also want to use User synchronization plugin to keep user accounts on both domains
