Is there a way to allow a Moderator do access and manage, edit, pages ?
I've tried to configure a user in the administrator option, configure it as administrator and added the following lines (trial and error) to the moderator additional/extra access: index.php?page=pages,page=pages,page,pages
Naturally none of the options above worked.
How can I create a moderator that is able to edit pages ?

You cannot, extra access is to get moderator access to plugin pages only.

Allow moderator to access plugin pages. Enter plugin file path (from URL) or route (from URL). Separate by comma.
File examples: instant_messenger/admin/configure.php, business_profile/admin/profiles.php
Route examples: google_maps_settings, anr-admin-settings

You can use Admin Permissions Plugin instead.
