Title: Is there a way to add one ad to more than one city

If an advertisement is in several cities, for example 10 cities
Is the same ad posted 10 times?
It doesn't make sense
meaning
  Car rental office There are 10 offices and the same type of cars
One ad per car is supposed to be added for 10 cities
Is there a way to do that?

From technical point of view, this is not good idea.
It also does not make in most of business cases.
If listing applies to multiple cities, select region.
Classifieds are primarily for selling items those are real.
