Is there a function so that a user receives a similar mail when he creates an ad?The admin receives an email when there is a new advertisement.Can this also be activated for the user?

Then I would have to activate every ad. I don't want that. I would just think it would be good to get an email, because then I know that the ad is entered correctly and I have something to look up again.

User should get this email in case validation is required. Otherwise, it would be just spam email (why would you need email about what you did by yourself?)
