Hi, all my plugins have been translated.

I did a plugin update which for example had 170 lines. When the update finished it has 173.

How do I know which lines has been added so I can add them too?

No, "Update from source" only add missing translations and remove redundant (those were removed from code).

Can you tell me what you mean by "Update from source" and how do you do it ? wish tool are you using ?

It's functionality of poedit, to update from source. It's also called like that in top menu.
