Hi Admin does any of your theme have this below option or is there any way around

I want to enable "post ad" and "business profile" to company and vendor only but I do not want to enable to users I want them to only contact instant messenger and view they cant post ads neither they cant see post ads button.

Of course not, for such specific cases you must be solved via customization

in admin we have a option of user and company https://prnt.sc/1za9utn I can show them on registration signup page user user can select if he is a user or a company but dont know how to link them and show my desire things to company only .
can you guide some thing more is there any way to differentiate between user profile and company profile . i can do the basic coding can you suggest Admin how to

You can add it to registration form, osclass should hande it. Field name should be probably bCompany.
You can differentiate based b_company field from user profile.
