But when I look in the admin area, the user has been created and the display is there, but both are inactive. How can I fix the problem so that everything works properly again?

I found the error, I removed all data from the mail server and now the emails are coming. What is the mail server good for then?

Does it mean that mail server was full and for that reason was not sending anymore emails?
