I would like to suggest adding a new payment feature: Cash on Delivery (COD), to support e-commerce transactions on our website.
Currently, buyers are unable to purchase products directly from the site due to the absence of this feature, which limits smooth transactions. By introducing the Cash on Delivery option, we can build more trust with users and increase the completion rate of sales, especially in markets where customers strongly prefer this method of payment.
I recommend that this option be made available for sellers as a setting they can enable or disable as needed, and that it be integrated with the order management system to track both payment and delivery status.
