Is it possible.

1.  Move expired listing to Expired listing of back office manager.  Currently not moving. They are disappearing.

2.  And lock contact after listing expired and remove it from search.  (Lock send message, show phone etc)

3.  Mail is not sent for re-publish link. 

4.  ID problem is still there I think.

 

Are expired items in search? I am nit sure.
Depends if they expired using expire date ir using some kind of flag
