Won't sent to GMAIL recipients
« on: August 13, 2024, 08:19:41 PM »
This is weird.
I need to have all my users reset their passwords because they got wiped in the upgrade.

Users with @Gmail address do not receive password resets.
Users with other @domain.com are getting reset password links sent to them.

Using my webserver email eg;  "mail.mywebsite.com"
From  [email protected]

I've tried several gmail accounts.  Nothing comes in, nothing in spam.  Nothing.
I tried sending from mailer@mywebsite from Outlook and it sends just fine.   Not from password reset button.

Also....where does the "Test email" send a test to?
Mine says "Sucessfully sent" but the admin account doesn't get an email.  Where does it go?

Test mail send email to contact email of your Osclass.
It's possible that gmail filter these mails if domain/content is not trustable.
To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots

Does the test send to "Mail From" in the Mail Settings?    Because it's not getting emails when test.
However when I do a reset password or new reg, I'm getting emails for those, but not if they are gmail.

I can send to Gmail recipients from OUTLOOK configured same as OSclass settings.

This is very weird.

I'm not sure why, but when I disabled Cloudflare on my site, it seems to work now.

They must be messing with the MX records somehow.
