Step 1: Prepare Your Environment
Step 2: Create a Database
Step 3: Download Osclass
Step 4: Upload Files to Your Server
Step 5: Configure Osclass
Step 6: Complete the Installation

That sounds correct ;)
But I would also add Step 7: Configure Cron, Mail server and Osclass itself.
