In which file is the title ling to put (target = "_ blank") and open the Front office on a new tab?

If you enable admin toolbar in front, you will not need anything like that as you can switch easily.

I replaced this 'target' => '' with this 'target' => '_ blank' in the archive oc-includes\osclass\functions.php and it works. It's correct?
