I think you can check at the theme folder for some file might be it's name could be itempost.php iam not sure for gamma but BETA is like that
do not remove the code , just comment incase you need at the future, .
but i guess you need to let customers has the choice to display.

The reason is I can't find the translation in any .po file, not in core and theme.

I changed the text to Dutch in file item-post.php.

It works !
