I want to upgrade to the latest Osclass version from the old 3.8 version

Good day all. I would like the admins to give me a clear guide on how to successfully migrate from 3.8 to the latest Osclass. Have anyone done it before?

 What are the challenges I don't want to lose anything.

Backup everything and follow manual upgrade process.
